个人简介:

刘文,副教授,深圳大学计算机与软件学院访问学者,新加坡科技研究局高性能计算研究所访问学者,湖北省“楚天学者计划”入选者和舟山市“5313”行动计划科技创业领军团队带头人;2009年本科毕业于武汉理工大学信息与计算科学专业,2015年获香港中文大学哲学博士学位,中国科学院自动化研究所访问学生。针对船舶通航安全监管、智能导助航和海事智能交通系统等应用需求,围绕海事多源信息感知与计算等应用基础研究问题,重点开展计算机视觉、数据挖掘、机器学习和信息融合等理论与技术研究。近年来在IEEE Internet of Things JournalIEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation SystemsIEEE Transactions on Industrial InformaticsInformation SciencesOcean EngineeringThe Journal of Navigation等重要学术期刊与IEEE CVPRICASSPITSCICPRICIP等重要学术会议发表论文50余篇(ESI高被引论文2篇);授权发明专利5项(已向企业转化2项);研究成果获2018年中国水运建设行业协会科学技术奖一等奖,2017-2018年度中国航海科技期刊论文二等奖,2019年机器学习和计算国际会议(ICMLC)优秀报告奖,有关图像去雾的研究论文入选人工智能领域重要国际会议IEEE ICIP-2019Top 10% Papers。担任SCI期刊International Journal on Semantic Web and Information Systems (CCF-C)副主编;SCI期刊Journal of Advanced TransportationSensors客座编辑(Lead Guest Editor);中文学术期刊《智能科学与技术学报》、《计算机科学》和《地球信息科学学报》专刊编委;《交通运输工程学报》(EI检索)和《计算机工程》青年编委;以色列科技部基金项目和国家自然科学基金项目评审专家。
