·计算机存储系统：主要研究固态硬盘、内存等存储器的性能和耐用性。
·软件安全：主要使用人工智能、自然语言处理等方法对软件漏洞、缺陷等进行分析；本方向与华中科技大学、深信服、国防科技大学等前沿机构联合培养。

学生培养
本课题组目前已培养硕士研究生二十余名，2021、2022年毕业的学生在华为、长江存储等单位工作。已培养本科生三十余名，指导多项国家级大学生创新创业项目，校级创新创业项目和各类国家级、省级和校级大赛。同时，指导本科生发表多篇学术论文。
